Can you take great street photography? If so BJP and Format 2011 want to see your work. We’ve teamed up to launch a street photography competition, with an exhibition at Format 2011, printed by MXDisplay, up for grabs. The winning photographer will also win a Think Tank Photo Retrospective Lens Changer 2 bag, courtesy of Snapperstuff.

Entrants must submit 30 images, which will be judged by a jury of experts including Louise Clements, lead curator at Format. Clements will then work with the winner to create the show, which will be printed on a LightJet by MX Display.

In addition the winner will receive a Think Tank Photo bag, courtesy of Snapperstuff. The green stonewash Retrospective Lens Changer 2 can accommodate two 70-200mm f2.8 lenses plus accessories, and comes with a rain cover to protect against the elements. It also features a hook and look ‘sound silencer’ on the front flap to help eliminate noise.

Entry costs £20, €22 or $30. For more information and for details on how to enter the competition, visit www.bjp-online.com/street.
