Be wise
I feel that the allowing those security guards to get the Police on their side is the failing here.
The security guards should have been ignored and when the Police arrived they should have been fully co-operated with, or better still the photographer should have called them as soon as the security guards started hassling him.
This way they are portrayed as the suspects and the photographer the victim, which of course he was.
This stance may result in a better outcome ?
