Love Super8 film

I used a fantastic company for my wedding in Miami, 'Hello Super8' (http://hellosuper8.com/) based in Brooklyn but also has offices in London. If you look on their site and facebook page they have produced some stills. Super 8 film is amazing!

S8

The company you advertised in this article as a good option "S8" is one of the worst examples of super 8mm weddings i have seen and i've seen a lot. for the best take a look at joel serrato films... now THAT'S a good wedding filmmaker. or mark w. brown wedding films in London.
S8 are too tacky and taking advantage of a great camera medium... i actually think a lot of what they use isn't 8mm.

response to Chris

Interesting comment by Chris. I have no connection with S8 but after watching S8 films showreel and JS Films, i see no real difference, only JS slow the footage down, S8 are more animated in there style of camerawork. Perhaps S8 over do the zoom, however no one can judge either supplier without seeing a full wedding film from both parties.

Best way to capture that day

I've become addicted to viewing super8 weddings since we had ours filmed in Thailand by cinereportage.com . It does such a great job of capturing that dreamy day in a nostalgic and fun way. I'd highly recommend cine reportage for should you be looking for films in the UK (where they are based).
