The Sound of Two Songs
Strong, unpretentious photographs, and viewing them brings a sense of being there. The book would have been stronger for me without the 7 or 8 portraits that are included, the one exception being the portrait of Magda Warszawa, which is exceptional.
If you care for documentary work, you should buy this book. It's excellent.
