The British Journal of Photography has teamed up with two partners, Hasselblad UK, The Pro Centre and Wedding magazine, to offer two great new initiatives - a training day and a competition.
Unveiled will take place on 01 July at BJP's Soho HQ, and speakers include Catherine Westwood, editor of Wedding magazine, Kat Williams, editor of the innovative Rock n' Roll Bride blog, and Lisa Aldersley, a photographer and trainer with Annabel Williams Contemporary Photographic Training. Photographers will also be able to get the latest updates on creating photobooks, courtesy of Bob Books, and, of course, get their mitts on Hasselblad's latest kit. Unveiled will start at 10.30pm and end at 4.30pm, and pre-booking is essential.
To complement the event, BJP is also running a wedding photography competition. We're looking for five images capturing a real life wedding in a fresh and talented way. The competition is free to enter and the winner will see their work published in Wedding magazine plus get to try out their dream kit for a week, courtesy of The Pro Centre.
