Canon, for the second year in a row, is bringing to London its Pro Photo Solutions trade show, with a particular emphasis, this year, on HD-DSLRs
Author: Olivier Laurent
The show, organised by Canon UK, will be held on 26-27 October at the Business Design Centre in Islington, London. It is aimed at "video, broadcast and still imaging professionals," who will "experience Canon’s complete workflow solution from image capture to output."
Once again, the show will be divided into four zones - input, software, output and business support solutions. But, says Canon, "this year will also see an increased emphasis on the convergence of stills and video technology and how embracing this can help professionals’ business grow and evolve in a rapidly changing market."
Visitors will be able to attend live demonstrations of Canon's products and hear from renowned photographers "from a wide range of photographic genres. Canon will also bring back its portfolio reviews, which will be attended by industry experts, says Canon.
Canon's Pro Photo Solutions show was launched last year after Nikon scrapped its annual trade show. In 2009, 2700 visitors attended Canon's show.
