Adobe says new versions of its Lightroom and Camera Raw software are now available to download.
Lightroom v3.2 and Camera Raw v6.2 support an additional 12 new cameras, and says Adobe, "improve on several of the lens correction profiles introduced as part of the Lightroom 3 and Camera Raw 6.1 releases, and add over 50 new lens profiles to help photographers automatically correct for undesirable distortion and aberration effects".
Further enhancements include improved colour and noise profiles for the Leica S2 and Casio Exilim EX-FH100, which both utilise the DNG raw file format and were already supported in previous versions of Lightroom and Camera Raw, and the ability to publish photos directly to Facebook from within Lightroom.
The new cameras supported are: Panasonic DMC-FZ100, Panasonic DMC-FZ40 (FZ45), Panasonic DMC-LX5, Pentax 645D, Samsung NX10, Samsung TL500 (EX1), Sony A290, Sony A390, Sony Alpha NEX-3, and Sony Alpha NEX-5.
Further information and feedback can be read on Adobe's forums and on its Lightroom blog.
