Foto8 is running a two-day seminar on street photography at Derby's Format Festival, including talks by Magnum Photos' Mark Power, photographer Tom Wood and writer and academic David Campany

On the Concrete will run at Derby QUAD on 01 and 02 April, and will offer photographers and researchers the chance to think through photographs taken on the street, and hear talks by Mark Power, Polly Braden, Tom Wood, Cheryl Dunn and David Campany, among others.
The two days cost £145, which includes drinks and lunch, a complimentary copy of 8 Magazine and free entry to Cheryl Dunn's film, Everybody Street, screening from 6.30pm on the Saturday night.
