BJP is calling for entries for its International Photography Awards, now in its seventh year. Photographers are invited to submit their images in two categories – single image and series.

Both winners will see their work printed and framed by Spectrum Photographic, one of Europe’s leading photographic printers, and exhibited for a week at east London’s Host Gallery. The series winner will also receive a Nikon D700 with a 50mm prime lens, while the single image winner will collect a Sigma DP1x compact camera.

Photographers can enter up to 25 images in the series category. The deadline is 15 September.

Previous winners include Edmund Clark, Giulio di Sturco, Walter Astrada and Charlie Crane among many others. Last year, the series award went to Peter DiCampo for Life Without Lights, which records nighttime life in Ghana. UK‑based Michelle Sank picked up the single image award.
