Applicants for the Firecracker Photographic Grant, which will be awarded in September 2012, should be females, born or living in Europe, who are working on a documentary photographic project shot in the last five years.
A panel of industry experts will judge the applicants' photographic portfolios and project statements to determine the recipient.
A £10 application fee is required, which will be combined with previously raised funds and invested into the grant funding. Sales of The Firecracker 2012 Diary, designed by Kummer and Herrman, also support the grant.
The deadline to enter is 22 July 2012.
