The BJP International Photography Award is run in partnership with the Association of Photographers. The AOP is a membership organisation representing professional photographers – bringing them together, protecting their rights and promoting their work.
The organisation campaigns for all photographers and its awards promote the best in photography. It also provides information services, education programmes, exhibitions and publications to support these activities. Its exhibition space, located in the heart of London's creative hub, Shoreditch, is available to hire across two floors. The portfolio winner of the BJP International Photography Award will exhibit their project on the lower floor. A selection of single image entries, including the winning shot, will be shown on the ground floor.
