Photographer brings rights campaign to Trafalgar Square
A commercial photographer, Spike Brown, will be using his one hour on London's Trafalgar Square's fourth plinth to promote the rights of photographers to take photos in public, in partnership with the 'Not A Crime' campaign BJP launched earlier this month
