Commercial Property Photographers

CoStar UK is looking to recruit a number of additional contract professional photographers throughout the UK to photograph commercial properties.

Costar is recruiting photographers for The Entire Length and Breadth of the UK including Northern Ireland.

Costar is particularly interested to recruit photographers in Northern Ireland, Bournemouth, Southampton, Portsmouth, the North East of England and North Wales.

Contractor Photographers will need to provide their own photographic equipment, premises to work from and transport. Experience in photographing and retouching commercial property images is an advantage.

Commercial Photographer Requirements:

• Commercial buildings to be photographed are provided on an assignment sheet
• Over 100,000 Buildings to be photographed Nationwide
• Go to assigned buildings - cross reference with assignment sheet to ensure correct building is photographed
• Shoot 3 images of each building. 1 primary and 2 alternate images
• Photograph all buildings to CoStar's Format- Examples and guidelines provided.
• All building images must be corrected in Photoshop to remove photographic image distortions and ensure building verticals are vertical.
• High Res Images supplied - RGB Jpegs.
• All files relabelled with supplied property ID's and uploaded via FTP
• Immediate start
• All images must be of good quality and above 2mb to ensure payment.
• Examples of Image quality and Style will be provided.
• CoStar will retain the Copyright to all images.
